Ⅰ. Working Principle&Product Advantage
The gearbox is parallel-axis multi-stage helical gear hardened type. The motor is with vertical structure, and the connection is plug-in direct type. During operation, the material falls vertically from the inlet into the surface of the rotating shelf, and is continuously distributed around the inside surface of the die (the contact surface of the roller and the die) by centrifugal force. The raw material is pressed through the die hole by the roller. In this process, the raw material will have physical changes or some chemical reaction (according to the material) under high pressure and high temperature, and will be formed to a continuously elongated cylindrical solid body, then they are cut into certain size of pellets by the knives around the die. These pellets will be discharged by the rotating discharge-plate and fell through the outlet. Then the whole process of pelletizing is finished.
1. Feeding Vertically
Raw material is feeding vertically and is directly in place, with stationary die and rotary pinch roller, the material is centrifugal and equispaced around the die.
2. Ring Die
The die is double ring type, with vertical structure. Pelletizing room is also used for cooling, more options, and more gains.
3. Independent Ejection Device
The independent ejection device ensures the forming rate of the pellet. The good design lowers the consumption and enhance the efficiency. It works 24 hours and lubricates automatically.
4. Environmental and Energy-saving
The main load-carrying component uses high alloy wear-resistant materials. The wearing parts’ lifetime doubles compared with other similar products.
