First of all, the operation of the entire granulation system must be mastered.
(a) The particle size of the powder to be granulated should have a certain proportion: generally, the material should pass through the sieve less than 2/3 of the diameter of the ring die hole.
(b) Purpose of conditioning or adding water: a. Improve production efficiency; b. Extend the service life of ring die; C. Reduce energy costs;
(c) After conditioning, the moisture content should be controlled at 15% to 18%. When the moisture is uniform, the forming rate is higher and the density is higher.
(d) There should be a magnetic separation device before granulation, so as not to break the mold and avoid unnecessary losses
