1. Manufacturers with professional production technology should be found to design and customize different process ring dies according to different raw materials and actual use conditions, so as to ensure that the ring dies play a great role in use.

2. The gap between the pressure roller and the ring die must be controlled between 0.1 and 0.3mm. Do not let the eccentric pressure roller touch the surface of the ring die or the gap on one side is too large, so as to avoid aggravating the wear of the ring die and the pressure roller.

3. When the pellet machine is started, the feeding amount must be increased from low speed to high speed. Do not run at high speed from the beginning, which will cause the ring die and pellet machine to be damaged due to sudden overload or the ring die will be blocked.

Maintenance of sawdust pellet machine ring die:

1. When the ring die is not in use, extrude the remaining raw materials, so as to prevent the heat of the ring die from drying and hardening the material remaining in the die hole, resulting in no material or ring die cracking.

2. After the ring die has been used for a period of time, it should be checked whether there are local protrusions on the inner surface of the ring die. If there is, the protruding part should be ground off to ensure the output of the ring die and the service life of the pressing roller.

3. When loading and unloading the ring die, the surface of the ring die cannot be hammered with a hard tool such as a hammer.

4. The ring die must be stored in a dry and clean place. If it is stored in a humid place, die hole corrosion will occur, thereby reducing the service life of the ring die.

Regular inspection and maintenance of the biomass pellet machine ring die, its service life will be properly extended, and will not lead to failure after a period of use.
