2. The ring die should always be placed in a dry, clean and ventilated place. If it is not used for a long time, a layer of waste oil can be applied on the surface to prevent the corrosion of moisture in the air. Generally, there will be a lot of production raw materials in the production workshop. Do not put the ring die in these places, because the material is particularly easy to absorb moisture and is not easy to disperse. If it is placed with the ring die, it will accelerate the corrosion of the ring die, thereby affecting its service life.

3. If the ring die needs to be removed for backup during the production process of the sawdust pellet machine equipment, the production raw materials should be extruded with oily materials before the machine is shut down, so as to ensure that the die holes can be discharged next time.
