How to use the biomass pellet machine?

1. After the biomass pellet machine is installed, check the fastening status of the fasteners everywhere. If it is loose, it should be tightened in time.

2. Check whether the tightness of the transmission belt is appropriate, and whether the motor shaft and the pellet machine shaft are parallel.

3. Before running the biomass pellet machine, first turn the motor rotor by hand to check whether the claws, hammers and the motor rotor operate flexibly and reliably, whether there is any collision in the shell, and whether the rotation direction of the motor rotor is the same as the arrow on the machine. Refers to the same orientation, whether the motor and the pellet machine are well lubricated.
4. Do not replace the pulley at will, to prevent the crushing chamber from exploding due to high rotational speed, or to affect the work efficiency if the rotational speed is too low.

5. After the pulverizer is running, idle for 2 to 3 minutes, and then re-feed work after there is no abnormal phenomenon.

6. Pay attention to the operation status of the biomass pellet machine in time during work, and the feeding should be even, to prevent blocking the boring car, and it should not be overloaded for a long time. If it is found that there is vibration, noise, excessive temperature of the bearing and the body, and material spraying outward, it should be stopped for inspection first, and the work can be continued after troubleshooting.
7. The crushed raw materials should be carefully inspected to prevent hard pieces such as copper, iron, and stones from entering the crusher and causing accidents.

8. The operator does not need to wear gloves. When feeding, they should walk to the side of the biomass pellet machine to prevent the rebound debris from hurting the face.
