1. Mold

New molds have a certain break-in period and need to be ground with oil. Normally, the moisture content of wood chips should be controlled between 10-15%, adjust the gap between the pressure roller and the mold to make it in good condition, after adjusting the pressure roller, the fixing bolts must be tightened.

2. Size and moisture content of raw materials

The raw material size of the biomass fuel pellet machine to achieve uniform discharge must be smaller than the particle diameter, the diameter of the particle is 6-8 mm, the material size is smaller than it, and the moisture of the raw material must be between 10-20%. Too much or too little moisture will affect the output of the pellet machine.

3. Mold compression ratio

Different raw materials correspond to the compression ratio of different molds. The pellet machine manufacturer determines the compression ratio when testing the machine. The raw materials cannot be easily replaced after purchase. If the raw materials are replaced, the compression ratio will be changed, and the corresponding mold will be replaced.
