In Heilongjiang Province of China, recently, the No. 1 boiler of the Meilisi Jiuzhou Biomass Cogeneration Project, one of the 100 largest projects in the province, passed the hydraulic test at one time. After the No. 1 boiler passed the test, the No. 2 boiler is also under intense installation. It is understood that the total investment of the Meilisi Jiuzhou Biomass Cogeneration Project is 700 million yuan. After the project is put into operation, it can consume 600,000 tons of agricultural and forestry wastes such as corn stalks, rice husks and wood chips each year, turning waste into treasure. Put corn stalks and rice stalks in a boiler for full combustion. The energy generated by the combustion is used for power generation and heating. It can generate 560 million kilowatt-hours of electricity every year, providing heating area of 2.6 million square meters, and the annual output value will reach 480 million yuan, and tax revenue is expected to reach 50 million yuan, which will not only meet the industrial and civil heating needs of the Meris District and the development zone, but also further adjust and optimize the local industrial structure.
