1. The diameter of the die and the roller is larger than the diameter of the large ring die. Based on the diameter of the roller, the angle of the material entering the nip is smaller, and the material is not easy to be extruded, which improves the grain output. The roller is universal, and the ratio of die diameter should be greater than 0.4.
2. The installation position of the scraper blade is improper, and the ring die material appears, resulting in low output and more powder. The correct installation should feed the upper edge of the scraper and the ring die, the ring die covers about 3 to 4 cm, and the top entry depth of the scraper should not exceed the re-grooving die hole.
3. Aperture, depth-diameter ratio, large aperture ring die, high granulation output, but also choose appropriate depth-diameter ratio. The thickness of the die hole is too large, the output is low, the hardness is high, the thickness of the die hole is small, the grain hardness is small, and the quality requirements cannot be met.
4. Ring die installation error The installation error of the ring die position can cause unbalanced excessive wear and uneven granulation ring die, and even play, reducing the pellet output.
