1. Check whether the connection parts of each component are loose once a week.

2. Clean the feeder and regulator once a week. It must also be cleaned if not used for a short period of time.

3. The oil in the main transmission box and the two reducers should be replaced with new oil after 500 hours of operation, and the oil should be replaced every six months after continuous operation.

4. The bearing of the straw pellet machine and the stirring shaft in the conditioner should be removed every six months for cleaning and maintenance.

5. Check the wear of the connecting key between the ring die and the drive wheel once a month, and replace it in time.

6. The quality and output of the finished pellets are closely related to the personal operations of the pelletizers. They need to produce qualified granular materials according to changes in ambient temperature and humidity, changes in powder moisture content and particle size, formulation adjustments, equipment wear and special requirements of customers.

Operator Safety Considerations

1. When feeding, the operator should stand on the side of the pellet machinery to prevent the rebound debris from hurting the face.

2. Do not touch the rotating parts of the machine with your hands or other objects at any time. Touching rotating parts can cause direct injury to people or machines.

3. If vibration, noise, bearing and straw pellet machine temperature is too high, external spray, etc., it should be stopped immediately for inspection, and continue to work after troubleshooting.

4. The crushed materials should be carefully checked to avoid accidents such as copper, iron, stones and other hard objects entering the crusher.

5. Do not operate any switch knob with wet hands to avoid electric shock.

6. The dust accumulated in the workshop should be cleaned up in time. Smoking and other types of fire are prohibited in the workshop to prevent dust explosion.

7. Do not check or replace electrical components with electricity, otherwise it may cause electric shock or injury.

8. The pellet machine manufacturer recommends that when maintaining the equipment, ensure that the equipment is in a stopped state, hang and cut off all power supplies, and hang warning signs to avoid personal accidents when the straw pellet machinery equipment suddenly operates.
