The first thing we have to do is to search the power socket, plug and power cord of the pellet machine for oxygen shedding and breakage. If not, we can plug in the power supply to test the machine. When the film is movable again, then we can conclude that one of the two startup capacitors of the machine is missing. The solution to this situation is to replace the new one.
Another situation is that the pellet machine does not respond after power-on, and we can respond after applying external force, but there is a weak current sound in the motor, then this is caused by the slight leakage of the starting capacitor. If it is said that the current is too loud and the motor cannot be started at all, then we can conclude that it is caused by the short circuit of the starting capacitor. If there is no professional instrument, we can first remove the capacitor, insert the two leads into the zero and front jacks of the mains separately to charge the capacitor, and then remove the two leads to short-circuit and discharge. If there is a discharge spark and a loud “snap” sound at this time, it means that the capacitor can be used; if the spark and the sound are weak, it means that the capacity of the capacitor has dropped, and we need to replace it with a new one or renew it. Just add a small capacitor. If it is said that the capacitor has been damaged and short-circuited, this method cannot be used, and it must be replaced with a new product of the same specification to repair this problem.
