3. The rice husk granulator equipment needs to be installed and fixed on the level cement floor, and tightened with screws.

4. Smoking and open flames are strictly prohibited in the production site.

5. After each boot, it needs to be idling for a few minutes first, and the equipment can be fed evenly after the equipment is running normally and there is no abnormality.

6. It is strictly forbidden to add stone, metal and other hard sundries to the feeding device, so as not to damage the granulation chamber.

7. During the operation of the equipment, it is strictly forbidden to use hands or other tools to pull the material to avoid danger.

8. If there is any abnormal noise during the production process, it is necessary to cut off the power immediately, check and deal with the abnormal situation, and then start the machine to continue production.

9. Before shutting down, it is necessary to stop feeding, and cut off the power supply after the raw materials of the feeding system are completely processed.
