When the wood pellet machine is turned on, the equipment should be turned on for idling operation, and the current should be adjusted before starting to feed.

When the material slowly extrudes the oil from the last shutdown, there will be unformed or semi-formed material particles. After the molding rate is increased, it will be produced with normal feed. Then start to open the feeder to feed the production.

When preparing to stop, first increase the raw materials of oil-containing materials to clean the molding materials in the mold, check the oil from the observation room and replace the wood pellets, then close the feeder first, and then turn off the wood pellet machine after it no longer discharges materials. host.

When adding oil material, it should be added slowly, too fast will lead to abnormal discharge or no material immediately. All parts should be checked for accumulated material. Turn off the general power of the wood pellet machine system, and do the follow-up cleaning work.

Reasons for the large vibration of the sawdust pellet machine:

1. There may be a bearing problem in a certain part of the pellet machine, which makes the machine run abnormally, and the working current will fluctuate. The working current is too high (shut down to check or replace the bearing).

2. The ring die of the sawdust pellet machine is blocked, or only part of the die hole is discharged. Foreign matter enters the ring die, the ring die is out of round, the gap between the pressing roller and the pressing die is too tight, the pressing roller is worn or the bearing of the pressing roller cannot be rotated, which will cause the vibration of the pellet machine (check or replace the ring die, and adjust the gap between the pressing rollers).

3. The correction of the coupling of the pellet machine is unbalanced, there is a deviation between the height and the left, the pellet machine will vibrate, and the oil seal of the gear shaft is easily damaged (the coupling must be calibrated to the horizontal line)

4. The main shaft of the pellet machine is not tightened, and the loosening of the main shaft will cause the axial movement back and forth, the pressure roller swings obviously, the wood pellet machine has a lot of noise and vibration, and it is difficult to make pellets (the butterfly spring and round nut at the end of the main shaft need to be tightened).

5. Strictly control the tempering time and temperature, and keep abreast of the water content of the raw materials entering the machine. If the raw materials are too dry or too wet, the discharge will be abnormal and the pellet machine will work abnormally.

6. The tail of the conditioner of the pellet machine is not fixed or is not firmly fixed, resulting in shaking (requires reinforcement).
