Quality is the life of an enterprise and our solemn commitment to customers! “On March 25th, the launch ceremony of Shandong Jingrui’s 2025 Quality Month was held grandly in the group building. The company’s executive team, department heads, and frontline employees gathered together to launch a quality campaign of “full participation, full process control, and all-round improvement”.

Group General Manager Sun Ningbo announced a series of colorful activities around the four themes of “strengthening quality awareness, strictly controlling process quality, innovating quality management, and building a quality brand”. The activity aims to inspire employees’ enthusiasm and creativity for quality work, and promote greater progress in quality management for the enterprise.

At the meeting, employee representatives also actively spoke up, stating that they will actively participate in the enterprise quality month activity, start from themselves, strictly abide by quality standards, continuously improve their quality skills such as assembly and welding, and contribute their own strength to the quality improvement of the enterprise.

Group Chairman Jing Fengguo emphasized that “quality is not determined by inspection, but by design and production!” In response to quality, he proposed “building three solid foundations” and “five principles”.

3. Building a solid foundation for service quality
Five persistence:
1. Adhere to the principle of ‘doing things right the first time’ and reject the ‘similar’ culture

3. Adhere to the “customer perspective” and think from the user’s perspective
4. Persist in ‘continuous improvement’ and make 1% progress every day
5. Adhere to the “bottom line thinking” and have zero tolerance for any quality hazards
