What are the requirements for the raw material particle size of the biomass fuel pellet machine? The pellet machine has no requirements on the raw materials, but has certain requirements on the particle size of the raw materials.
1. Sawdust from a band saw: The sawdust from a band saw has a very good particle size. The produced pellets have stable yield, smooth pellets, high hardness and low energy consumption.
2. Small shavings in furniture factory: Because the particle size is relatively large, the material is not easy to enter the pellet machine, so it is easy to block the equipment and the output is low. However, the small shavings can be granulated after being pulverized. If there is no pulverization condition, 70% wood chips and 30% small shavings can be mixed for use. Large shavings should be crushed before use.
3. Sanding powder for board factories and furniture factories: sanding powder has a light specific gravity, it is not easy to enter the granulator, it is easy to block the granulator, and the output is low; due to the light specific gravity, it is recommended to mix wood chips for granulation, and the proportion can reach about 50%.
4. Leftovers of wood boards and wood chips: The leftovers of wood boards and wood chips can only be used after being crushed.
5. Moldy raw materials: the color turns black, the soil-like raw materials are moldy, and the qualified particle raw materials cannot be suppressed. After mold, the cellulose in the sawdust is decomposed by microorganisms and cannot be pressed into good particles. If not used, it is recommended to mix more than 50% of fresh wood chips. Otherwise, qualified particles cannot be pressed.
6. Fibrous material: The length of the fiber should be controlled for the fibrous material. Generally, the length should not exceed 5mm. If the fiber is too long, it will easily block the feeding system and burn the motor of the feeding system. Fiber-like materials should control the fiber length, generally the length should not exceed 5 mm. The solution is generally to mix about 50% sawdust raw material production, which can effectively prevent the feeding system from clogging. Regardless of the amount added, always check whether the system is blocked to prevent failures such as motor burnout in the feeding system
