Everyone knows that the role of the spindle in a wood pellet mill is no trivial matter. However, the spindle will shake when using the pellet mill. So what is the solution to this problem? The following is a specific method to solve the device jitter.

1. Tighten the locking screw on the main gland, then start the machine to see if the spindle is still shaking under the inspection. If the spindle is still shaking at this time, remove the main gland, cushion the spindle with a copper rod, tap the spindle toward the ring die with a sledgehammer, and then remove the spindle sealing cover. Check whether the spindle bearing is in good condition. Generally, the clearance is too large. Remove the bearing and replace it with a new one, and then install the spindle lock in turn.
2. During the installation of the main shaft, pay attention to the square position of the inner ring of the main shaft bearing so that the main shaft can be assembled in place. The distance between the end faces on both sides of the main shaft and the end face of the runner should be kept at about 10 cm. If it is found that the clearance is too large, the keyway fitting clearance is too large, and the full pin fitting clearance is too large, the above components should be replaced. Having said that, check whether the spindle of the pellet machine is shaken.

3. After the spindle is normal, the distance between the pressure roller and the mold should be adjusted correctly, and adjustment is not allowed.

4. Check whether the main shaft of the pellet machine is tightened, first remove the fuel injection system, remove the main shaft gland, and check whether the spring is deformed. If the spring is flat, it’s time to replace it.

When we encounter the shaking of the main shaft of the sawdust granulator, it is usually solved by the staff, but the inspection staff cannot solve it, so we find professional maintenance personnel to solve it, which brings convenience to our use.
